Any violation of any provision of sections 10-2 through 10-7 shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

Nothing herein shall limit the right of the Town of St. John to enjoin or restrain the maintenance, operation or conduct of any business or occupation for which a license has not been obtained in the manner provided in sections 10-2 through 10-7.
