Sec. 12-3. Disorderly conduct.
This section is included in your selections.
A person shall not recklessly, knowingly or intentionally:
(1) Engage in fighting or in tumultuous conduct;
(2) Make unreasonable noise and continues to do so after being asked to stop;
(3) Disrupt a lawful assembly of persons; or
(4) Obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
