Fees assessed for towing services shall be evaluated by the board of metropolitan police commissioners on a regular basis. The main concern shall be that prices are to be competitive. The Police Department and board of metropolitan police commissioners shall not attempt to set rates or fees to be charged, but may handle complaints if improper or unjustified rates and charges, and may then make findings and recommendations to the Town Council regarding the same.
