This article adopts and implements the provisions of Indiana Code 14-1-3.5-1, et. seq., as amended from time to time, as specifically permitted by the provisions of Indiana Code 14-1-3-13, as amended from time to time.

It is the general intent and purpose of the Town Council of the Town of St. John, in enacting this article to promote safety for persons and property, responsible enjoyment in and connected with the use and operation of snowmobiles, and understanding consisting with the rights of all the residents of the Town.
