Sec. 13-312. Violations; penalties.

The violation of any provision of this article, amended from time to time, in addition to any penalties prescribed under the applicable state law, shall be punishable as follows for each offense in a calendar year, namely:
Fine.
1. 1st offense: $ 25.00
2. 2nd offense: 50.00
3. 3rd offense: 100.00
4. 4th offense: 200.00
5. 5th offense or more: Not less than $250.00 and nor more than $2,500.00.
The first two (2) offenses of this article, as amended from time to time, in any calendar year, may be payable to the Town local ordinance violations bureau. All additional offenses shall be prosecuted through the local ordinance violations court. Every day of any violation of this article, as amended from time to time, shall constitute a separate offense.
