(a) It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to damage, cut, injure, mark, or deface any public property of the Town, including real or personal property, and including, but not limited to, all equipment owned by the Town.

(b) A violation of this provision shall be punished by a fine of a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00); that every day any violation of this section shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(c) In addition to the fine for a violation of this section shall be added the cost of repairing and/or the replacement of the damaged item of property or equipment as well as the general cleanup required due to said violation.
