Sec. 15-63. Failure to respond to lightning warning signal.

The following are violations of this section:
(1) Following a lightning warning signal, supervisory personnel do not promptly stop or cease the youth activity;
(2) Following a lightning warning signal, supervisory personnel do not move the minor children under their supervision to a place of safety; or
(3) Following a lightning warning signal, supervisory personnel return from a place of safety to continue the youth activity before a subsequent audible all-clear signal is provided by the lightning prediction system.
