In the course of employment with the Town of St. John, the employee may have access to information, which is confidential, including, but not limited to, information about any new Town projects, accounting records, personnel records, insurance records, the community, and their families. The employee shall not use, disclose, or divulge the confidential information, to any third party, without prior authorization.
