(a) The "Thoroughfare Plan Map" of the Town, 1970, which includes a street, highway and access street plan is adopted.

(b) All matters of definition, street and highway arrangement conformity, width grades, curbs, tangents, intersection and pavements and in all matters of building setback lines, side or other similar requirements shall conform with existing ordinances.

(c) No plat or subdivision shall be approved unless the plan provides for coordination of subdivision streets as to location with the existing and planned streets or highways in accordance with the map adopted herein.

(d) No building or location permit will be issued for the erection of any building or structure or any part thereof located on any mapped street lines of any street or highway as shown on the map adopted herein and unless the structure and location conform to the requirements of the ordinances of the Town.
