(a) Perimeter retaining wall. Those manufactured homes designated in the zoning ordinance as requiring perimeter retaining walls shall be constructed in accordance with the terms of the building code of the Town and the state. The space between the floor joists of the home and the excavated underfloor grade shall be completely enclosed with the permanent perimeter retaining wall. The wall shall be composed of solid masonry, which shall extend below the frost line. The design by a registered professional engineer or architect shall safely support those loads, as determined by the character of the soil.

(b) Foundations. All manufactured housing shall be installed on foundations in accordance with the requirements of the building code of the Town and the state.
