Sec. 18-16. Definitions.

Commission shall mean the board of metropolitan commissioners of the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana.
Council shall mean the Town Council of the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana.
Superintendent shall mean the superintendent of police for the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana.
Town shall mean the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana.
