Sec. 19-46. Voluntary compliance required.

On or before October 1, 1984 all users of the sanitary sewage treatment and collection system of the Town shall bring themselves into voluntary compliance with the terms and conditions of the ordinances of the Town governing connection to and use of the sanitary sewage treatment and collecting system of the Town.
