A seal for the Town is adopted. The seal shall be of metal suitable to make an embossed impression upon paper, circular in form having the words "Town of St. John, Indiana" around the outside circumference thereof; and the word "Seal" in the center thereof. The Town clerk is authorized to procure the same.
