The membership shall consist of as many persons as deemed appropriate by the Town Council, with the members of the committee to be appointed by the Town Council. Each member shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council. A member may be removed for any cause determined sufficient by the Town Council. Members shall be appointed on an annual basis for each calendar year.
