(a) The Town shall use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify program to verify the work eligibility status of all newly hired town employees hired after June 30, 2011.

(b) The Town shall not be required to use the E-Verify program to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees if the program ceases to exist.
