There is hereby established a fee of ten cents ($0.10) per page for the photocopying of public records for the public for those who request the same pursuant to IC 5-14-3-1 et seq. The foregoing per-page fee does not exceed the actual cost of copying the records, all matters considered; and no fee shall be charged to inspect a public record or to search for, examine, or review a record to determine whether the record may be disclosed. The Town clerk-treasurer shall be hereby authorized to charge the fee and to obtain the same in advance.

There is hereby established a fee of one dollar ($1.00) per cassette tape for the tape recording and dubbing of town meetings, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-1 et seq.

The Town Council adopts the following fee schedule for the reproduction of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Comprehensive Plan:
