There is hereby reestablished and continued a cumulative sewer fund as permitted by the provisions of IC 36-9-26, as amended, for the following purposes: for all uses as set out in IC 36-9-26. The reestablished and continued cumulative sewer fund proposed rate will not exceed $0.1015 on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation. Further, that said tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes for Y2023 payable Y2024.
