Sec. 2-61. Generally.

Indiana Code, title 36, article 9, chapter 25 [IC 36-9-25-1 et seq.], as amended and supplemented is hereby adopted; provided however:
(1) The board of sanitary commissioners shall consist of five (5) members.
(2) The powers herein granted to the board of sanitary commissioners shall be cumulative to the powers now granted by other laws.
