Recycling containers shall remain the property of the Town. Damaged, lost, or stolen containers shall be replaced for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per container. Recycling containers shall remain with the dwelling unit upon transfer of ownership or residency; however, new customers may obtain additional containers for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per container.
