(1) One hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense within a twelve-month period;

(2) Two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the second offense within a twelve-month period;

(3) Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the third offense within a twelve-month period;

(4) Four hundred dollars ($400.00) for the fourth offense within a twelve-month period;

(5) Five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the fifth offense within a twelve-month period;

(6) One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the sixth offense within a twelve-month period; and

(7) Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for the seventh offense within a twelve-month period.
