Any person or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to penalty and fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense. Each day of the existence of any violation shall be deemed a separate offense.

The erection, construction, enlargement, conversion, moving or maintenance of any building or structure and the use of any land or building which is continued, operated or maintained, contrary to any of the provisions of this chapter, is hereby declared to be a violation of this chapter and unlawful.

The Town Attorney shall, immediately upon any such violation having been called to his attention by the Plan Commission and upon the direction of the Town Council, institute injunction, abatement, or any other appropriate action to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such violation. Such action also may be instituted by any property owner who may be especially damaged by any violation of this chapter.

The remedy provided for herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
