This chapter is in accordance with the authority granted by Indiana Code 36-7-4-700 et seq. as amended from time to time, and all acts amendatory thereto to the Town Council, Plan Commission and Sanitary and Water Boards, hereinafter referred to as the Governing Body of the Town of St. John, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality.
