One (1) light fixture shall be installed at each intersection, at the end of each cul-de-sac, in between intersections spaced not more than six hundred (600) feet apart, and at other locations deemed necessary by the Plan Commission. Street lights shall be installed before final acceptance of the street by the Town. An additional street light shall be provided at each pedestrian-way or crosswalk. All street lighting systems shall conform to the Town approved Street Lighting Control and Design Standard (see Appendix B) and Dark Skies Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
