Larger storms may occur or stormwater runoff depths may be increased by manmade or natural causes. The storm drainage control regulations ordinance, as amended from time to time, shall not create liability on the part of the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana, or any officer, appointee or employee thereof for any damage which may result from reliance on this storm drainage control regulations ordinance, as amended from time to time, or on any administrative decision lawfully made thereunder.
