(a) No person shall establish, maintain, and/or operate a tourist camp without a permit issued by the Town.

(b) Application for such permit shall be made to the clerk-treasurer. The permit shall state in detail the location and size of the camp, the number and size of cabins to be erected, the size and number of plots reserved and allotted for trailers, the water and toilet facilities planned and all other information as may be required to show that the camp will comply with the terms of this article.

(c) The applicant shall pay to the clerk-treasurer, upon filing the application the following fees:

(1) For tourist camps having no cabins or sleeping accommodations but space for less than five (5) trailers, five dollars ($5.00).

(2) For tourist camps having no cabins or sleeping accommodations but space for more than five (5) but less than eleven (11) trailers, ten dollars ($10.00).

(3) For tourist camps having no cabins or sleeping accommodations but having space for eleven (11) or more trailers, twenty dollars ($20.00); provided that when sleeping accommodations are also offered there shall be added to the above fees the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each cabin with accommodations for two (2) or less people, and the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each unit accommodating two (2) or less persons in any cabin or building accommodating two (2) or more persons.
