The proprietor, agent, owner, or lessee of a tourist camp shall keep a record or registration book in which the name and addresses of all people using the establishment as a temporary residence shall be listed. The registration book shall be open to the inspection of the police officers of the Town at any and all times, and shall, upon request, be furnished to such officers for examination.
