Tents shall in no case be rented or leased by the owner, proprietor, agent, or lessee of any tourist camp to the general public for overnight accommodation. The occupants of any privately-owned tent shall be limited to an overnight stay of twenty-four (24) hours in any tent encamped in the Town.
