No tourist camp shall be designated or constructed or occupied unless the same has a yard extending completely across that portion of the camp which borders upon a public street or highway. There shall be no obstructions in the yard for a distance of thirty (30) feet from the street line of the street. It is the intention of this section to provide a thirty-foot building line for all tourist camps.
