All tourist camps shall be provided with an adequate supply of drinking water. Wells, springs or cisterns constructed upon the premises shall be adequately protected from contamination, and the drinking water shall regularly be tested and passed by the state board of health. The use of common drinking cups for said water is prohibited and wherever possible, sanitary drinking fountains shall be installed.
