(a) Town board of waterworks Resolution No. WD 01-02-19 is hereby ratified and approved but for section two of the same and made the policy of the Town.

(b) The Town shall no longer perform (as modified by the paragraph following below) water taps to the water supply system of the Town and, hereafter, it shall be the responsibility of each separate applicant/petitioner to perform, and pay for, said water tap.

(c) All of the provisions of Ordinance No. 1005, when not in conflict herewith, are hereby ratified and approved; however, notwithstanding the foregoing, all subdivisions having received primary (preliminary) plat approval as of February 22, 1996, shall be exempt from the provisions of the ordinance from which this section derives. All subdivisions having received primary (preliminary) plat approval after February 22, 1996, shall be governed by the ordinance from which this section derives.

(d) In those cases aforesaid where previously platted subdivisions (lots) are exempt from the ordinance from which this section derives the charges for taps made to the Town's water system by the Public Works department shall be as follows:
