(a) During the period of new construction and major remodeling in the Town, portable debris and rubbish collectors shall be maintained at construction or remodeling sites for collection of debris and rubbish, at the expense of the builder. Further, during such period of new construction and major remodeling in the Town, in addition to placement and maintenance of portable debris and rubbish collectors at construction or remodeling sites, portable toilet facilities shall be provided and maintained at each such site, at the expense of the developer, builder, or holder of permit for such construction activities. Placement and maintenance of such portable debris and rubbish collectors, as well as portable toilet facilities, shall be a condition of any permit issued for construction and/or remodeling work at any construction site in the Town.

(b) Violations of these regulations, as amended, shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of the Town under the then-current town Code provisions for same.
