Indiana Code title 37, article 7, chapter 9 [IC 36-7-9-1 et seq.] is hereby adopted by reference as the Towns unsafe building law. All proceedings within the Town for the inspection, repair, and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by such state law and the provisions of this article. In the event the provisions of this article conflict with the provisions of such state law, then the provisions of the state law shall control.
