(a) The placement of U.S. Postal Service mailboxes on any fixed posts or "post-like device" or similar device for the receiving of newspapers, mail, or other such articles on culs-de-sac within the Town limits is hereby prohibited. Any such U.S. Postal Service mailboxes for the receipt of United States mail or other similar receptacles for receiving newspapers, and other similar articles, shall be placed collectively at the entrance of any such cul-de-sac on either side of the street.

(b) The building inspector is hereby designated the enforcement officer for this section and whose responsibility it shall be to make certain that its terms are carried out and enforced.

(c) Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit no less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and the costs of prosecution for each violation. Each day a violation exists or continues so constitutes a separate offense.
