(a) The utility shall keep a list of inspectors certified by the State of Indiana and/or commissioner who are qualified to inspect customers' private water supply systems.

(b) The utility and/or the commissioner shall maintain a list entitled "Indiana Registered Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors, All Inspectors", that is comprised of cross connection control device inspectors registered in Indiana.
