Sec. 19-1. State law regarding municipally-owned utilities.

It is ordained by the Town Council of the Town that an operating board be created and that Indiana Code, Title 8, Article 1.5, Chapter 3, as amended and supplemented be and is hereby adopted by the Town Council of the Town of St. John, Lake County, Indiana, so as to make said acts and all amendments and supplements thereto effective and operative as to the Town as to the municipal sewer utility and Sanitary District.
